The issue as always is getting to the doctor …. However, once you get to Dr Davis he is great, thoughtful, caring, knowledgeable and helpful.

I recently had some minor surgery by Dr Davies. He explained everything about the operation before it went ahead and was very considerate throughout the procedure. I was totally at ease.

All surgeries are busy, Riverside works far better than others and the new system they have put in place works even better . Thanks for the upgrade to the surgery itself. I have had some serious prognosis at the time and was urgent but we followed the correct procedures and my health and sex life has improved dramatical. Though the correct process my ADHD as a adult is being delt with and making progress. Yes it is a slow procedure but being practical and thurough is worth it's weight in gold . Thanks to the riverside team you helping and making a positive change in at least one patient myself. And no words can thank you enough. I hope othe patients understand their is no such thing in life as a quick fix.

Hello, I just wanted to feedback to your practice about the wonderful service I received last Friday from Dr Davis. I am profoundly deaf, and so my appointment was conducted face to face, but with a BSL interpreter on a screen. I found the Doctor to be very kind, caring and empathetic. He was very respectful of my need for him to remove his face mask, to allow me to see his face expressions and lip patterns. We had some technical issues with the Wifi, and the interpreter kept freezing, making it a little difficult to follow, but the Dr had all the time in the world, kept calm, and didn’t rush things, and this allowed us to go over everything a few times so that I didn’t miss any vital information. I felt in very safe hands, and would highly recommend this Dr to anyone, especially other members of the Deaf community. Please pass on my thanks to him. Kind regards, Darren Pritchard.
